Francisco "Paco" brings 40 years of vineyard farming experience, managing premium vineyards through out Sonoma County. His expertise spans organic and biodynamic viticulture, precision pruning, canopy management, crop balancing and harvest coordination.

Known for his hands-on leadership and deep understanding of vines, Paco approaches every vineyard with a long-term mindset-prioritizing vine health, balanced yield and efficient field execution.

Maritza, a Sonoma State University MBA graduate, brings operational leadership and strategic oversight to the business. With experience across Napa Valley and Sonoma County, she oversees FLC compliance, workforce management, financial accountability, and client communication.

Her role ensures that every project operates with structure, transparency, and regulatory excellence — allowing vineyard owners to focus on outcomes while knowing operations are professionally managed.

She bridges the field and the office, bringing organization and long-term sustainability to every partnership.
